Is Big Bad Bob Mike Bailey's love child?

OK, doubt Bob has even heard of Mike Bailey, but some of our performances this season are reminding me of 80/81 - when we would score early, then confidently see out the win. I've rarely had that feeling in decades of supporting the Addicks.

It's just that we have two superb central defenders, the best for a long long time, two decent full backs and a midfield which (especially) Cousins and Buyens covers the back four beautifully .. my concern, if concern is the right word, is that we are better suited to playing away rather that dominating at the Valley0

Hopefully that now will start to happen on a regular basis, but we have been leading five times In games this season that have ended up in draws.Weegie Addick said:OK, doubt Bob has even heard of Mike Bailey, but some of our performances this season are reminding me of 80/81 - when we would score early, then confidently see out the win.
