Pancakes

Im not a bad cook. Can cook most stuff and have done so over the years but pancakes im total sh*t at. Tried the ready mixed stuff, the just add stuff the shake it about stuff and the tradditional way. Brought a pancake maker/flipper , got more on the ceiling than on the plate. So last nite looking at the mess on the plate i thought " i dont even f**kin like pancakes !!". Next Pancake Day ill buy a kebab.

PS is it ok to talk about pancakes ?

    what is that shake it stuff? i saw that in the shop the other day...surely can't be good for you!

    I think Pancakes are nice, only managed three last night which is a pretty poor effort for me, I cannot understand why I only remember to have them once a year though ?
