    Gomez 7 Well done, faded a bit
    Fox 5 defends okish, but going forward he is just clueless

    Pope - 3 Like the lad and he will hopefully develop but catastrophic errors mean a poor mark

    Gomez - 7 looks class. Faded. Needs careful nurturing but cleat gonna be a cracker.

    Fox - 5. Wasn't the worst today but got poorer as the game went on. League 1 player at best.

    Bikey - 4. Miss was so bad it almost looked deliberate. Shaky before that though

    Ben Haim - 7.5. Solid as ever.

    Gudmundsson - 6 better than the last few games

    Solly - 5. Tried hard but not a midfielder

    Buyens - 7. Played very well but need to be reminded that we are attacking the goal at the other end if the pitch and not the one behind him.

    Cousins - 6. Great effort. Quality sometimes lacking. Good goal.

    Harriott - 4. As bad today as he was good against Ipswich

    Vetokele - 4. Very poor. Couldn't trap a bag of cement. Lazy getting back from offside. Body language looks all wrong. Needs careful handling.

    George - no marks but spectacularly useless for the 20 mins he was on

    Bob - 1. Dealt a dodgy hand by arsenal but got it all wrong today and his tactics are boring me to tears.

    At the stoppage just prior the first goal, Clarke called over their number 4 plus two others, had a word, and they all run down our end. At the corner they all closed down Pope who flicked the ball on, under pressure, to the unmarked scorer on the back post. Unmarked!. Cannot comment on the 2nd as at the other end but Pope did not give away the free kick in the first place. He made the wrong decision, so be be it, but our first attempt on goal was in the 14th min for gods sake
    In Curbs words "plenty of shots". Very much lacking today

    Pope 5- Not sure about first but appeared to be at fault for soft Blackpool equaliser
    Gomez 6.5 - Very promising. Faded a bit.
    Fox 5.5 - Defended ok but passing and distribution was poor
    Bikey 6.5 - solid, pity he didn't put chance away (but is a defender)
    Ben Haim 6 - solid enough
    Gudmundsson 6 - some good link up play with Cousins but big patches of anonymity
    Solly - 6 - better second half on right but why was he in midfield on left in the first half ?
    Buyens 7 - decent penalty
    Cousins 7 - good goal and one of the few players wanting the ball
    Harriott 5.5 - poor decision making. Starting to look like the new Kevin Lisbie. Frustrating to watch.
    Vetokele 6 - Feeding of scraps. out marked, probably unfit, looking off form and a bit discouraged,

    Tucudean - bargain bin striker not very effective. A proper strike partner is needed for Vetokele.

    BP - 4 - I like Bob Peeters generally but the team set up was very wrong today and the subs poor,

    Pope - 4 Gifted first goal , but not sure about second, defence let him down on that one - not one of his best displays
    Gomez - 7 - showed glimpses of oozing class.
    Fox - 5 poor,poor ,poor, In all the instances where he had a chance to cross the ball i can only recall 1 out of about 10 that cleared the first man.
    Bikey - 5 - poor - seemed to be a headless chicken in first half, and THAT miss !! - really believe he is/could be a liability. Cant believe Morro is not as good.
    Ben Haim - 7.5 quality again - where would we be without him - reads everything, makes the right choice always defensively - class player.
    Gudmundsson - 7 thought he played well today, but drifts in and out of games.
    Solly -6 - runner - playing in unfamiliar position - skills wasted playing where he did today. Square peg in a round hole.
    Buyens 7.5 class - seems to find space easily. MOM
    Cousins - 7 good game, good goal.
    Harriott - 6 chased and harried
    Vetokele - 5 - poor - looks out of form, or unfit, or injured, or out of confidence or all four.

    From what I see of Fox's poor marks, seems to be for his crossing and passing. As a full back I would expect him to be doing a defenders job first, which does ok. I would have though there should be at least 2 players in front of him making that final ball in.

    Pope.5 defenders on line could have got nick out of jail for 1st. must get there for 2nd.
    Gomez.7 strong runs and class on ball but needs to improve crosses.
    Fox5.5 defended ok today but lacks the skill going forward.
    Bikey.5 -2 for shocking miss at end, could also have got nick out of jail.
    Ben Haim.7 steady but shame about the foul for the late goal.
    Gudmundsson.6 same as usual, good on the ball but not enough end product.
    Solly.6.5 1st time in midfield and run his heart out. not a total success thou. Good to see him captain.
    Buyens.7.5 linked the play well and is a great penalty taker.
    Cousins.7 took goal well and shows for the ball, close control is erratic but really battled away.
    Harriott.5.5 nothing quite came off for him, but kept trying
    Vetokele.5.5 has lost his mojo, if found please return to cafc asap.

    Pope - 4 and that's being generous, needs to be dropped!
    Gomez - 8 MOM Superb prospect doubt if we will see him much longer when a premier side comes in with some dough.
    Fox - 5 I've stuck up for him in the past. Sadly not good enough. Solly LB, Wilson RB for me!
    Bikey - 6 Terrible miss, but he is not a striker, bring back Morro!
    Ben Haim - 7 Got us out of trouble a couple of times decent game.
    Gudmundsson - 7 not our worst player.
    Solly - 7 Whole hearted usual game, but clearly not a midfielder!
    Buyens - 7 Decent game.
    Cousins - 7 Decent game good goal, one of our few midfielders who can win a ball in the air.
    Harriott - 6 Disappointing after his last 2 games, but inconsistent, I would rathe Fox had been subbed.
    Vetokele - 6 Not much service, but seems to have lost his early season ball control and enthusiasm!

    Pope 4.5 - The curse of the programme pic strikes again! At fault for both goals; poor distribution, etc etc...
    Gomez 7 - Solid game and got forward well; shame some of his crosses were not so good.
    Fox 6.5 - Did OK and ventured further forward as the game went on
    Bikey 6 - Not at his best throughout and that miss....oh no111
    Ben Haim 7.5 - Good game, and used the ball very well
    Gudmundsson 5 - Poor all day; lacking an edge at the moment for some reason
    Solly 5 - Low mark not for his basic performance, but why on earth he played in midfield at all? Seemed utterly lost at times...
    Buyens 7.5 (MoM) - Always involved; drove the team forwards at each opportunity.
    Cousins 7 - Average first half but great second period. Lovely shot placement for his goal.
    Harriott 6.5 - Made some great runs without the ball and some poor ones with it; shoot on sight policy didn't always work out for the best.
    Vetokele 4.5 - Very poor; no control, looked disinterested at times.

    I was going to give my scores tomorrow, but I must have gone to the wrong game.

    The game I went to ended 2-2. From some of the scores on here, we obviously lost 25-0.

    I think Gough is a better prospect than Phillips to put things into context. A mark of 3 even if Pope was culpable for both goals is low. Mingolet he is not. 58% possession but you gave average mark of 6. Highest 7. We got a point ffs.
