First Charlton sub
Joshua Umerah replaces Brandon Hanlan
Hanlan really impressed me0 -
KAG been down for a few minutes now, just stretched for a ball and went down holding his leg0
-
He is up but limping very heavily0
-
Well worked corner by Cardiff almost leads to a goal1
-
Great shot by lookman forces Cardiff keeper into a great save, the resulting corner went straight out for a goal kick0
-
Will the match go to Extra Time or straight to Penalties?0

Great ball across the pitch by Veale for Cardiff but Menayese could not get it under control
Veale has looked good for them0 -
Lookman whips in a free kick which almost went straight in, but took a touch out for a corner0
-
1-0 Cardiff, a long distance shot from Veale takes a deflection and goes past Mitov into the top corner0
-
2nd Charlton sub
Samuel Bone comes on for Alex Kelly0 -
Attendance 5350
-
4 minutes added time0
-
Full Time 1-0 Cardiff0

Dimitar Mitov- Not at fault for the goal took a nasty deflection, was not really tested during the game but did look a bit dodgy coming for corners
Aaron Barnes(C)- played ok seemed to lead the team well, good communication with everyone out there
Archie Edwards- good going forward, he takes the corners which most were good deliverys but there was a couple of poor ones including 1 straight out for a goal kick
Regan Charles-Cook- did not do much in the first half but improved in the 2nd
Kenneth Yao- played ok without doing anything outstanding
Ezri Konsa- looked very good 2nd best Charlton player on the pitch
George Lapslie- a few decent touches and passes nothong outstanding
Karlan Ahearne-Grant- disappointing, maybe expected to much from him but for a player with first team experience I expected more than he showed today
Brandon Hanlan- MOM great performance was disapointed to see him go off but definitely a payer for the future
Ademola Lookman- quiet first half, broke into life in the 2nd some great play and unlucky not to score
Joshua Umerah- came off the bench and showed some good pace, another player who looks good for the future
Samuel Bone- was not really on long enough to make any sort of impression
to sum up we looked good, just lacked a finish and very unlucky to concede so late Cardiff did not deserve to win, but there are some players coming through who look good.
Would also like to mention Cardiff's number 8 Jamie Veale, I mentioned 7 minutes before he scored he looked good for them, definitely a player for the future for them.1 -
Cheers for the updates Paulie0

Sounds familiar0 -
For me Regan Charles-Cook was the stand out player. Seems to have it all. Plays holding role in midfield but creates most things going forward. Quality player who didn't deserve to be on the losing side.0
