    What would be your management style?

    There have to be three priorities: winning, playing in a good style and delivering home-grown talent. If I were offered a job, I’d have to try to win first. The style would come afterwards and then I guarantee I could deliver home-grown players. I’m passionate about the development of young English players and I believe our youngsters are as good as those of any other country. My experience at Charlton has given me confidence I definitely feel ready to move into management

    Interesting read and I don't see any reason why he can't be Charlton manager one day.

    Very kind indeed. Did spending a million a half quid on Izale McLeod (to name just one of many)have anything to do with why we were struggling financially?!

    "Alan Pardew was the right man for Charlton but it was the wrong time because the club were struggling financially."
