What would be your management style?
There have to be three priorities: winning, playing in a good style and delivering home-grown talent. If I were offered a job, I’d have to try to win first. The style would come afterwards and then I guarantee I could deliver home-grown players. I’m passionate about the development of young English players and I believe our youngsters are as good as those of any other country. My experience at Charlton has given me confidence I definitely feel ready to move into management1 -
Sounds like he's putting himself out there.1

I think he's being kind to Pardew in that interview…
Interesting read and I don't see any reason why he can't be Charlton manager one day.1 -
Very kind indeed. Did spending a million a half quid on Izale McLeod (to name just one of many)have anything to do with why we were struggling financially?!The Red Robin said:I think he's being kind to Pardew in that interview…
"Alan Pardew was the right man for Charlton but it was the wrong time because the club were struggling financially."
