    I disagree, every right to have his opinion heard, but not on social media.
    If you take the stance that as he pays their wages he can, but, transfer that to a large company (let's use Asda as an example) would people be happy for Asda' chairman to openly criticise Darren in the warehouse or Tracey on the checkout on Twitter?
    By all means criticise them, but keep it in house if your going to name people individually, none of us would be best pleased if our boss did it.
