Jean-Jaques Delort is proud to confirm that his son Andy is shortly to be unveiled as the new Charlton manager. It's been coming for a while, he said, there have been some secret negotiations which only the club, myself, and anyone who follows me on twitter, are privy to. The club will make a formal announcement on thursday, or if not next thursday, or if not the one after that, but definately before the end of august.
