Are Some of RD's Managers, Coaches and Players On A Retainer?

Some sort of central contract that allows him to dictate where they manage, coach or play? A bit like some agents "own" the rights to players e.g. Tevez and Maschereno.

Would make sense the way he moves them around like they were his commodities.

    yes, Luzon is still under contract to the network and has been working for the network since leaving Leige

    So what happens when, in two or three years, we've gone through the whole network's worth of managers? Do we go back to the beginning with Riga?
