Let's hope that there's none at The Valley on Saturday.

Remember what happened to the pitch after the volunteers cleared it, before that Sheff Weds match?

The new manager might prefer a bad pitch as our secret weapon!

Am doing, thanks Fanny. Mrs D currently soaking in the bath so I'm out on our terrace with a cold beer watching the sunset over the Caribbean sea. Lovely.
  • Just drove up from Cornwall. 2 hours from the M3 to Croydon thanks to the usual state of disbelieving shock and subsequent panic every time it snows or rains heavily.

    I have to agree.
Whenever I'm perusing a Caribbean sunset with a cold beer, there is nothing like logging on to Charlton Life to complete the evening.

A snowstorm in my part of Hants yesterday, much earlier than expected, made the drive home from the theatre interesting.
