I'll happily spot a few quid if you let me know how, credit to you for sticking by your idea. You'd probably raise near enough by setting up a wee stall in RoD a few home games before hand.
Good thing is about something like this is once approved and executed, you have a liason to work with in future and KM may approve more, perhaps a new modern flag.. whatever. There's plenty to show passion without looking a Nigel.2 -

One thing I'd say is that you need to advertise it properly. Not just on here or twitter. There's a lot of people who won't even know what a TIFO is0

Yeah that's a very good shout. I will look into this tonight. I do graphic design so I wouldn't have an issue designing a flyer and printing it at college at a reduced cost 0
