    If a person has been reviewed to have X amount of money per week the Care Act won't alter that, it should make it easier for people to spend their money on what they want but it won't increase the sum given or reduce the price of the activity.

    As a piece of legislation I am all for the Care Act, particularly with regards to Personalisation and Social Prescribing. But I fear that is just an excuse to save money/reduce the state.

    Thanks everyone, your support is really appreciated. Lee is 27 years old and we sit up in the top of the north west stand. I don't think the Care Act will make much difference but we are looking further into it, also the Equality Act, and have a meeting lined up with a solicitor on Tuesday.
