    In this video, she comes across (to me) as very competent, genuinely nice person and undoubtedly, a Charlton Fan. I feel we are very lucky to have her as an ambassador for the club and that she can only improve with experience in the role as CEO. (Very attractive too!)

    A good interview, there have been some errors of judgement/communications issues but there is no doubt that this is more than a day job to her and thats good to see.

    Does give the impression that whilst everybody else sods off on holiday she will be there in an empty Valley toiling away. Perhaps she might give the steps another coat of yellow whiles she's at it.

    What struck me was how good the stadium and playing surface looked after a full season of use.

    She isn't all that bad after all is she! Nice to see that the Bournemouth owner seems to like her, hopefully means we'll get some of their players on loan!

    Thing that stood out to me was after the game when she goes through the door (to talk to Guy I think) she immediately says "I'm a bit disappointed with the effort". I found that good to hear.

    probably stems from being utterly delighted we let yann go to him for peanuts.
