He spent some time listening to me after that idiot in the Box Office had managed to sell my 386 purchased tickets for the Play Off Final.

He let me ramble on for 20 minutes talking about processes and procedures and then said 'fine, we'll have to find you some replacements then'. He got me 386 tickets all stamped with MESH on them from the new sponsors.

Mind you, I had to give back 386 people six pounds each as they were cheaper seats.

How the hell did you get 386 tickets?!

I thought it was 4 per season ticket?!

By the way, is it any coincidence Henry is stepping down as Supporter's Director at the same time?

Not wanting to sound too dramatic this is a disaster IMHO, yet another piece of turmoil within the club.Maybe I am reading too much into it but I really don't think the Valley is a happy place at the moment.

Guys, the guy has been working his butt off for god knows how long.

Maybe he just wants a break, maybe he has got something lined up - we'll have to wait and see.

One thing we can't expect is for him, or anyone else to be at one place their whole life!

Be interesting to see who the new chief is though!

Top bloke, met him a number of times. He absolutely bled Charlton like the rest of us.

He did a wonderful job in driving the club forward in a number of areas and was from what I understand a top rate mediator.

He made some errors but not many in 11 years and his role at the club should never be understated,

Might not have have been the sole reason but could quite easily be a deciding factor.
