    We can't have a Head of Football Philosophy, as Charlton's football philosophy is considered classified information, known only to Roland Duchatelet, Katrien Miere and a small group of esteemed members of the Israeli press.

    This reminded me of a job advert I saw at work. "Head of Knowledge" which made me think, the handover must take ages.

    As if that were not bad enough, the role reported into "Head of Better."
