My first trip to a stage show was to see Val Doonican when I was about 8 years old. RIP

Worrying thing for me is everyone from my dad's record collection is dying this year.

Many memories of listening to him on a Saturday night when I was a kid.

    RIP.
First saw him at a little church hall charity event in Lewisham when he had just got a 'Light programme' wireless slot. Nice, charming and quite entertaining.

    RIP.

Unlike Saville, the only kid involved with Val belong to Paddy McGinty.
