The Ashes 2015

Weather meant to be much nicer (though not warmer) tomorrow, so yes, win toss, bowl them out for under 200, and bat for 5-6 sessions to set up the win! Only have to worry about a few showers on Saturday or Sunday, so definitely looks like a result game.
Note: There is possibly more chance of the Aussies doing the above than England!0 -
Got to bat first on this pitch.0

Bring it on !!!!!!!! .. (sorry about the excess !!s)0

Does anyone know who won the toss? And who is going to bat first?

Good start Cooky. Now to see off these overcast conditions and make full use of this good batting pitch. Going to be a really tough first hour.0

Probably the only thing we'll win this summer!2

Ok. I'll go brave. England to win.2

I am surprised neither of the Marsh's are playing. I think we will be all out for about 220. The Snail to get a duck.0
-
Hope I'm wrong, but I think we'll be out for less than 200 (after recovering from 50-5!), they will bat for two days, then bowl us out for an innings or 9 wicket win...0
-
A few Aussies unhappy that Watson is playing instead of Marsh. I guess Clarke couldn't faced having 3 bowlers called Mitchell in the same side!1

Engalnd will get 3620

The Taff's are milking this for all its worth!0

Could Shane Watson stand any further away from Michael Clarke during the national anthem? Hilarious!0

Quick question before it starts: who faced the last ball in Ashes cricket? No googling!0

Lyth c Warner b Hazlewood 60 -

Lyth tried to play a Hazlewood ball off middle and leg through the onside and it straightened on him causing him to offer a leading edge.
Interesting how low and slow the wicket is though.0 -
Ballance finds the gap between the slips and gully but such is the lack of pace in the wicket it falls well short anyway.
Johnson on early for Starc.0
