My take on the first half:
Henderson - solid
Fox - comfortable, looks stronger.
Diarra - assured, comfortable, quality.
Bauer - strong, good with te ball, looks a good signing.
Solly - typical solly.
Wiggins - looks better and comfortable in midfield but still needs to rebuild his confidence and form
Ba - looks good wth te ball, communicates well as has an eye for a pass. Similar to diarra
Cousins - typical cousins but stronger
Charles Cook - looks good, obviously has talent and could be good cover.
Watt - same old but needs to take people on a bit more rather than play with it.
KAG - very tricky, good jump and speed. Could be a revelation this season with chances!
Game started brightly but welling look poor tbf.15 -

Diarra calm, vet head of the team
Bauer bit of a beast, can play a bit too
Fox looks bigger, takes a crap free kick though
Charles-Cook turn of pace, doesn't stop battling for the ball
Ba awkward looking on the ball but never looks in danger of losing it
Cousins running from deep, bigger top half of his body
Wiggins hasn't done a lot either way, couple of decent passes though
Watt running rings at times but is blowing out his arse at others
KAG good reactions for both goals, looks bigger and will play a part this season based on today1 -

Second half has been poor, no real fluency in the play and people like Pigott and Harriott (so far) looking right at home with the rest of the under 21's2

Second half from what was on offer, only THD, Muldoon, Barnes, sho silva look like okish back up but definitely need strengthening, garrulity and piggot didn't look up for it really. Pope was solid as usual. The CB lads have ability but didn't look strong or good enough for match day squads. Would have liked to see Thomas and umerah bought on. Definitely need atleast 5-6 more with the lads who didn't play staying.2

First team looked very decent in first half. Don't see the point in playing a complete youth side second half. None of those lads looked ready, and the number 15 Obileye had an absolute stinker.
Better result than last season at least0
