Not long to get to tonights game oohahh.

Sorry, I forgot, it's easier to simply not go to games then cry about the support.

To be honest I would have thought that the limit placed on away fans in PL matches would effect the turnout and back then did we actually believe that we would ever make it into the Prem?
  • Old thread dug up alert

Pompey took 953 to Carlisle on Saturday that's unbelievable and Carlisle equalised in the 95th minute !

New ground syndrome for Fulham 3,371 @ mk Dons

    5,486 Blackburn @ Preston

    857 gills @ Coventry

Portsmouth took as many as we did for our promotion game in 2012.

How many fans did Northampton bring to their away game at Morecambe in September?

I genuinely don't know the results - how many of those games were away wins ?
  • It's probably been said before, re our low away numbers , but I reckon as the cost of housing is a lot greater in London, than say Leeds, people down south have less disposable income to spend ( well that my excuse, and I'm sticking by it!).

Fulham must've given away free travel with a free ticket to get that many

Is that the first time Fulham have taken over 1000 to an away game in their history?

I can see see oooaah's thought process.....

When all else around me is crumbling let me go into my sanctuary that is away numbers. No-one can upset me when I'm away numbering

Come to think of it I might take up a little away numbering myself
  • The % of away fans to the home average is the gauge to show the strength of the away support.

For a long time we have been on average the bottom ten in the 92.

For a long time I have put this down to the 'Selhurst years' and losing a generation of support.

More likely that our home numbers are (or were) nowhere near as high as reported.
