    Just a thought- but instead of all this player pledge stuff why don't they use the best advertsiement of selling tickets by buying good players and the club really feeling like we're going somewhere this year

    Good point, why haven't we signed anyone today?


    It's a bit of fun, it cost little or nothing and it is a way of reminding fans to renew that isn't just renew, renew, renew. Well done the players for entering into it, the comms team for the idea and the club for backing it.

    As it happens the CAFC twitter put a link up to renewing seasons tickets after posting about the two new signings today.
