I could be out of line here, but next season why don't we try playing a few matches, say against other like-minded clubs, call them friendlies and try and get our players looking like they haven't kicked a ball before in their lives and that this isn't the first time they've ever met their teammates when the first game of the season comes around. I know it will never catch on, but it might be worth trying...

You boys must have seen a different game from me... I bow to your superior football knowledge and understanding...personally, I think we had a result by playing a just relegated QPR, an opinion that seemed be shared by QPR fans in the pub afterwards...still, you can only beat the team you are playing....good second half though...3
