New football league highlights show on Channel 5 at 9pm tonight, wonder if we'll get more than the usual 30 seconds on the Football League show?

    They will have emails, fans on camera, banter etc

    It can be a lot worse.

    I thought BBC's coverage was cringing(apart from Steve Claridge who tells it as it is)---the Channel 5 version will be awful.

    At least Curbs' wooden appearances will be a thing of the past.
    I prefer to watch the CAFC Player highlights.At least we then get a mention.

    Quite like it. In some ways it will increase exposure to the lower leagues (League 2 for example) because people will just watch it if nothing else is on that early, who can be bothered to stay up late enough to watch league 2 on Football League Show? I can't be bothered to stay up late enough to watch Charlton. I will probably have the whole thing on in the background most weekends now.

    First two teams are Sheffield Wednesday and then Sheffield United.....
