Lifers game at the valley.part 2???

Does anyone know, and im sure you all do(have been neglecting this site recently, well 9 months actually new baby and all that), will there be another lifers game at the valley at the end of the season, have been getting fit for weeks in anticipation of gracing the hallowed turf once more.

    Don't think so. Actually, I know there won't be. The logistics of the whole thing last year proved just too much to do on an annual basis. May be workable on a bi-annual basis, but AFKA would be the one to ask. This year, WSS is organising the half-marathon contingent.

    As Lookout said, won't be happening this year. It costs thousands to hire the pitch, we were lucky last year to get a decent discount last year due to the size of the event and potential fundraising, but i doubt that would happen again if it was a yearly thing.
