Getting to queen Liz's hospital

Does anyone know what the best train station is to go to from cannon street if going to Queen Elizabeth's?

Charlton/Woolwich arse/dock?

then what bus to get?

  The 89 does not go past the hospital. You can also get the 486 to/from Charlton station.
