I can't believe some off the marks Vetokele is getting.. He looked a lot more likely to scored today instead off Watt. If he was fitter i think Guy would have took Watt off.

Pope - 7 made a couple of blinding saves but where was he for their ridiculous, arsehole-referee corner?
Solly - 5.5 said it a few times, not really captain material and a couple of silly retaliation tackles showed that today
Fox - 5 can't cross most of the time, had acres of space in the first half and didn't ever push on
Diarra - 6.5 bit jittery on the ball but gets his head to a lot
Bauer - 7 glad he scored, calm on the ball and intercepting, his cushioned headers are a joy
Gudmunsson - 5.5 looked half cut from the Icelandic celebrations, not particularly dangerous and wasn't linking up with people very well
Ba - 6 got bullied a bit at times but also tried to move the ball well
Kashi - 6 looked like he was going to lose his head in the first half but reigned it in second half
Cousins - 6 I know he's not a left midfielder, but if you are told to play there, bloody well play there! Had a couple of good chances and could have scored on another day, but loses a point for leaving 30 yards of space in front of Fox all game
Watt - 4.5 we saw a more selfish, ball hogging, sweaty, sullen, stroppy Watt today, hope he kicks that to the kerb asap because when things aren't working out for him, his answer today was to try the same again and again
Vetokele - 4.5 looked like a nightclub bouncer, not fit and it really showed.
Makienok 6.5 we looked more dangerous with him flicking things on, but by this point Watt and Gudmundsson were blowing out their arses and most of our balls were 60 yard punts in his general direction0 -

Pope - 7 - Much more assured, I would have expected a goalkeeper to make all the saves he made today, although given his quality I was impressed he managed to save them all.
Solly - 6 - Decent, links up with Gudmundsson well, not perfect by any stretch though
Fox - 7 - Gives 100%, isn't always perfect, but has a lot of creativity but unfortunately it doesn't come off as much as it should
Diarra - 8 - Absolutely quality
Bauer - 7.5 - Fantastic
Gudmunsson - 6 - Not up to his usual standards at all, played one absolutely quality ball in the first half but lacked his usual killer plays other than that
Ba - 5 - Decent... Should have been sent off for losing his temper in the second half, luckily he ref was consistently crap. Originally gave him a 5.5 but then remembered that idiotic shot. Prat.
Kashi - 5.5 - He's decent, I think that sometimes he thinks he's passing a ball on Fifa and the player is going to get it every single time, I understand sometimes when you are playing a daring throughball you have to put a bit more pace on it, but sometimes he absolutely leathers the ball at one of his own players when they are just 10 yards away and under no pressure, unneeded. Originally 6 but then remembered his idiotic shot too..
Cousins - 7.5 - Think I saw his efforts differently to others! For me he looked the most likely to score! 3 quality efforts, he knows where the target is and he has the balls to have a shot in a sensible position!
Watt - 6 - I just find him very frustrating, he has elements of complete magic at times, and we let him get away with a lot more than other players because of it, he needs to learn how to play as a teamplayer I feel, I know that we can never criticise a player when they score goals etc but as a note of constructive criticism, he is a bit of a tart when it comes to teamwork etc, see him having a fair few arguments with teammates, hogs the ball, and I can understand why he has fallen out with so many previous clubs.
Vetokele - 4.5 - Riding on his first few games in a Charlton shirt still, not good enough and hasn't been for a long, long time.
Makienok - 7 - Actually look like we might do something when he is on the pitch. He is perfect as a big man up front to bring the ball down and distribute off those long balls, I know he had a knock so didn't play the whole game but I'd rather him in a plastercast than Vetokele.

Overall we can and I am sure we will blame the ref all we can, but we need to be getting more goals against a team like that.

Neither looked like scoring IMO. I only marked Tony higher because a) he got hold of the ball and beat opponents on a couple of occasions and b) I don't remember Igor doing anything noteworthy. Pope - 8. Two excellent saves without which we would have lost. Pure and simple. Would need to see the goal again to know whether he was culpable.
Solly - 5. Something not quite right with our Chris this season and I'm not sure what it is. Not vocal enough to be captain. Developed a vindictive streak. Will pick up a lot of cards.
Fox - 5. Tried hard but his crossing is lamentable. Didn't have much support but Rotherham had almost no threat.
Diarra - 9 MOM. Head and shoulders above the rest.
Bauer - 8. Gets a bonus point for scoring. Generally excellent but a little sloppy.
Gudmunsson - 5. Frustrating day. Good in bursts but we need more from him.
Ba - 5.5. Industrious and getting better but not creative enough to hold down the third midfield slot. Lucky to stay on with a nutter referee.
Kashi - 6. Not his greatest day. A bit too crablike.
Cousins - 6. Good industry but I've no idea what position he was supposed to be playing. Neither did he.
Watt - 5. Irritating today. Some moments of brilliance. But some real tart moments. Needs to get his head out of his arse.
Vetokele - 4. Passenger. Not fit. The process of getting him fit is going to be painful.
Makienok - 7. gave us something different. Not everything this guy tries is going to work but we need him fit.
