    If McAleny is right footed, and with JBG probably playing in the middle, why not play him on the right wing? If he is left footed, why does he cut in from the left? I know I should know if a Left or right

    He's right footed.

    Wasn't at Palace, but I thought Kennedy did alright vs Blackburn. He was very hardworking and gave Solly some decent protection. We looked much more exposed that side after he went off and JoBerg moved back to the right. I suspect Kennedy has kept his place for more defensive reasons.

    Right - I will pop back to this thread at 4:55. Fully expecting a comprehensive defeat, with bickering breaking out, moans that Kennedy was out of his depth, and arguments as to whether Pope is worth a place after making some good saves but dropping a clanger as well.

    And Colin will be blamed for it and getting pelters.
