Dawned on me today, Charlton thro' and thro', has had management experience, highly regarded in the game, good night Andrew Mills whoever you are , welcome back Keith Peacock. You've been there done it and got the tee shirt, come back and sort this mess out

    Knows the players and, we assume, gets along with them. May provide the necessary "comfort", "security" and "trust" the players will need if they are to get out of this. Only problem is he's otherwise employed.
