    If you're in your 19th year in a career and the best you can do is a lower Belgian league isn't there a message for you about what your industry thinks of your skills and ability?

    Please everyone when/if BDL unenthusiastically says "please welcome our new interim head coach" before the Sheff Wed game make it absolutely clear what we think of the appointment. Scream out those boos. Middle finger signs with both hands raised. A rousing chorus of "you don't know what you're doing". That is if you're there and not boycotting..............

    Yes he has. At 18, he managed a team on Football Manager and at 19 he ran his little brother's cub scout team.

    He'd be crazy to turn down the chance to manage us. He will probably never get this close to managing at this level again. And I don't see anyone in the championship trying to poach him.
