    This is very interesting....

    If you assign the position in the alphabet of each of the letters of Fox, you get 45 (F=6, O=15, X=24)
    If you take the last four letters of Bauer you also get 45 (A=1, U=21, E=5, R=18)

    Extraordinary.

    Since 2012, Chelmsford is a city, not a town. Frankly I'm surprised it hasn't binned Backnang (which is a town) for somewhere with more status.
