Interesting to hear Vaz Te was mentioned by scouts 6-7 months ago. Frustrating how slow we now are to react when we get injuries.1

From his interview '“It is common sense that experienced players make a big difference. Hendo is a wonderful character and a really positive influence in the changing room.But Jacko and Alou Diarra deserve special mention as well. They make a big difference - not just on the pitch but around the training ground as well.
From my post match views V Birmingham;
'it is nice to be out of the bottom three and see the team playing with spirit under the leadership of JJ well supported by senior pros Diarra and Hendo.'

It sounds like Damian is very politely pointing the finger at Luzon.
He intimates that Luzon could have strengthened the team & better used himself, Jacko & Diarra.

So much stuff between the lines & very, very predictable. My feeling has always been that Dyer & Matthews were largely responsible for steering the ship through the choppy waters after CP's dismissal - probably with the help of some of the senior pros at the time. Peeters - who knows, I never took to him and sounds like many were the same. Luzon was a joke from day one, he got a classic dead cat bounce after the dismal and bitter end to Peeters. All of Luzons success came in the space of about 4 weeks when we literally played every Saturday and Tuesday. Once had time ti impose himself on the club in terms of training, man management & tactics the whole thing inevitably imploded - he was hopeless.1

He's quite critical of there regarding not bringing in replacement players. We know that Guy was repeatedly saying that he needed three or so more players so you have to think that he was just denied the players he wanted. It's nuts that they were talking about Vaz Te six months ago, they ignored the advice, sacked Luzon and Matthew, and then brought in Vaz Te anyway. How many times do they need to make the same mistakes over and over before they just listen to someone?7

My tactic now is to not have an opinion and try and wangle my ideas and thoughts in to her head (derren brown/ Jedi mind trick styley )in a way so that she thinks she has made the suggestion and then we go with it
It appears this may be the case with the senior management at Charlton if it's not their wonderful idea we can't go with it

Top man. Looks like his input under Luzon especially wasn't invited.
I imagine his sense of job security has been an issue for the last two years which can't have been easy.
So many leave, so many express regret at the way things are run.
Such a shame watching the dismantlement.3
