    No further details will be released by west ham regarding contract, fee...etc. Something smells of vodka and caviar a couple of Russians just using the premiership as a plaything... i expect this one to run and run.

    Yep, you can expect virtually every paper to be dispatching investigative journos to stamford bridge, upton park, argentina, brazil and russia in the coming days. They love nothing but a good scandal with a healthy dose of mudslinging.

    Then again, a huge number of the football press seem to be wet sham fans, so it could all be glossed over by the weekend :o(

    Newcastle needed the money to fund Viduka. If they were dependant on a couple of million to push the deal through, me thinks the incredibly deep Newcastle well of funds is starting to run dry...
