His days as a regular could be up? If Traore is fit for Saturday, then Herman could well be the one to give way. He hasn't been at his best this season and also has missed quite a few good opportunities to score - none better than last night.

The downside of dropping him of course is that he is a committed Charlton player

    Herman is awful

    He is a shocking defender at times. Play the sod at left wing.

    He fell asleep in the 1st half last night when Carson made that great save BUT I would still have him in the team as he is a nasty bastard and we need that BUT not in defence

    But as Arfur says, he can be a nasty B and sometimes you just need that sort of spirit- like last season when , clearly injured, he stayed up in advanced midfield and created a goal! ( i think)
