    maybe his coaching team was not right. sorry,that wasnt his coaching team was it?unlike pardew who has been given everything that he has wanted.

    The coaching is wrong the manager blames everyone and everything, he wants to look at himself, spent all that money,bought all them players in loan and we are mid table, i dont mind losing but its the way you lose,sorry its either wholesale changes, in which the club cant afford to do, or someone with fresh ideas, good players dont become bad overnight

    These 2 must be nigh on 50 years old. They probably can't run very fast now.

    with all due respect what experience does Kinnsella and Robson have when it comes to coaching,and Parkinson is still new to the role,would it not make more sense to have coaches with exoerience as well as a coach or coaches in which would have respect for??

    JJ? Don't make me laugh - 6 good months, then had no redeeming quality for the next 4 years, he was lazy, slow, lightweight and couldn't finish.

    And no one would like Leaburn in the side now really.

    Rest of them, I'll go with, though I'd take Rufus over Costa any day!

    I was with Rufus at a function on Saturday.

    Total 100% diamond bloke. What a perfect gentleman, couldnt do enough for my kids.

    Loves the club to pieces and said "I don;t want Charlton be another Leicester, Sheffield Wednesday...struggling"

    He's 33 and looks 23.

    Top top man and wish he was with us now :o(
