    Know the area well - did some work there last year plotting land ownership for a housing developer.

    Among all the industrial and commercial sites I came across the East Street Mission. Now demolished and used as a car repair business but still named as such on the Land Registry papers.

    Where it all began back in 1905. (When it was surrounded by terraced houses)
