    HT | @BrentfordFC 1 Charlton 1. A lightening-quick start from the Addicks, but we're undone by another set-piece. #cafc #CAFCLive

Are we looking as suspect at the back as it sounds ?
  • Sounds like we've competed and it's very even. More of the same and who knows.

Can see us going down to ten men in the second half unless we behave ourselves.

    fk taken by bees....motta wins it..HT 1-1

Yes, we made it to the break, regroup, let's now go for it second 45. COYRs
  • It's alright guys, Pope will be better in League One. & if Harriot can do it in 10 seconds in the Championship, I reckon he can do it in 7 in League One!

Pope is fine provided he doesn't have to catch it. Punching, flapping and shot stopping are all on point.

I wonder if Poyet will ever 'kick on' again, yes he looked a talent when he first broke into our first team but how many games did he play??.........Certainly Poyet senior fucked up if he advised him to chase the wonga so early. It makes you wonder how good (if ?) if he had have stayed, oh well we will never know.

Lots of gallows humour on terrace. But so hard to properly follow / analyse game on such a shallow terrace behind goal.

    Not much confidence in Pope.

Can go either way this one

There's only been one bad tackle the whole game. Sanogo's booking was stupid but can't see him repeating that

Sitting in the Brentford family stand with my boy. All the talk from around me (and my Brentford mate) is we look like a bunch of individuals who don't care.

Bizarre seats. Charlton subs warming up a metre away and we are below ground level.

Tried to give my black and white scarf to Big Mak and he said "I cant but we do understand you my friend"

No one at either post during corners, that's our downfall...

can't believe someone earlier pointed out Brizzle City had already lost today. May have well pointed out how Boro are doing.

It most certainly can, but we know which way it will!

We have a few achilles heel, one is which team wants it more, another is we can't defend set pieces. Brentford will know of these!

    But you never know..

Schoolboy stuff :disappointed: . It's a while ago since I played at a reasonable level but we always had a player on each goalpost, mind you the balls had laces in them then  .

For every 4 or 5 saves Nick Pope will throw one in!.............Not good enough in this league, especially in a struggling team.

could have a forest there and it wouldn't keep them out ;-)

Sorry, just thought some people would be interested, perhaps it would be better if I don't put any scores from other games on here

Yeah I know, it seems such a shame as he was looking such a good prospect. Very sad on the footballing front but I suppose he is earning premiership wages? but for how long??

Sorry but has Pope done a ton wrong yet this game which has cost us?
