    He gets a lot this guy. Very capable footballer who squeezed every last drop out of some natural technical ability with aggression, commitment and heart.

    He is also from a poor/working class/whatever most of us are background and appreciated the supporters wherever he played

    Great to hear from Danny Higginbotham, that he gives his backing to the protests. ( would he have agreed if 200 people had come on the pitch ?)

    In the i Newspaper on Saturdays, Danny has a column and did a great piece on the merits of different formations, and explains why 4-4-2 is the best formation in League football if you have the players fit and when you don't have the ball you revert to 4-5-1. he gave a great example of Burnley and Watford when they were in the championship. Plus only one full back should attack at a time

    Some Ex pros do get it, and can articulate their thoughts in a cogent manner.
