Good thinking by CARD with the dummy balloon stuff then stress balls on the pitch ....
And a good idea to do it early because there are plenty of fans who would look to blame our inevitable relegation on the protests given any opportunity .... A unique set of supporters we certainly have

That was fantastic. What a mess!!!

Just a suggestion. If you wanted to create even more chaos could we have balls with a number on. 0,5,10 etc...(sharpie pen). Chuck yours on at the minute given. This will keep a constant flow of balls and constant stoppages.

Sorry, this is probably taking things too far.

I agree hard to organise so keep it simple.. Two rounds, one at kick off one on ten mins...

This... Get 20-odd thousand done, 5 different numbers printed/drawn on them and thrown on at those minutes for last game of season

I was searched. Security found a stress ball in my pocket. I said so what , it is not offensive, can do no damage. I was told to hand it over. I said it is my property and is of no problem. I walked away, I was followed by 3 security staff through the lower north area. I was physically stopped. I again said it was a non issue. A senior security officer told me the club had ordered that no stress balls were to be allowed into the ground.
It was removed from my pocket.
Well done KM and RD you really are doing well.

I hoped it was returned after the game, otherwise I'd be tempted to report them for theft

I didn't manage to get a stress ball as they had run out. As luck had it there were a few lads kicking a blue ball around and then into the curb where they left it. I assumed it was on of the stress balls (although larger than I'd imagined) so stuck it in my bag. Imagine my surprise that no one else was throwing blue balls. Now Tony will get it DNA tested and know it was me.

This from an Ipswich fan and Birmingham fan are a good example of the growing respect we seem to be gaining from the football community

    Ridiculous searching of pockets!
Really pissed me off. They don't care they are openly fighting back.
    I hate them

I didn't see any pockets being searched!

I commend CARD for everything they've done with the protest arrangements so far but do think we need to try something else other than throw objects on the pitch to cause disruption to the game. There is a real possibility that we may have points deducted this season or even next and potentially that could have repercussions in either stopping us from staying up (unlikely) or potentially next season from coming back up. There must be other ways to show our contempt to those running our club. Again, I applaud and support CARD's objectives, just think we need to hit the club in ways that doesn't affect the team and/or runs the risk of pts deduction.

If the club really wanted to win fans back, they could send KM and and TK out onto the pitch on space hoppers to pick up the balls.

I thought this too, would be hilarious if as soon as they finish clearing them all away a 2nd lot are thrown straight away.

The extra man power needed for the searches is costing poor Roland. Nevermind the police bill.
I can see him finally losing it and ordering more security to prevent people from entering wearing anything anti regium.

Was using safety stewards to go onto the pitch to collect balls right? Are the club so desperate that now they have even instructed players to remove them too?

Still going with Meire and Keohane on space hoppers with lacrosse nets with scores counted on the new big screen. The winner gets pelted with rotten tomatoes and the loser gets to clean up the winner.

With a toothbrush and their tongue.

You mean... entering the field of play? They want to be careful doing that. The Met take a very strong line about that sort of thing.
