He's always been a thorn in our side, so on that basis maybe yes.

However, the BBC report says he has suffered from a persistent hip injury over the last 12 months, so it would seem risky to take on another candidate to join our list of walking wounded.

If we are to spend, we need to spend wise. A very talented footballer in his prime, but I think he has past that. I'd rather play our kids with pace out wide and bring in the hard backbone (centre mid and centre back) we so badly need to really give us a chance of a promotion push next season.

    I agree with Pavo
  • rather spend on young talent rather than 32 year old on high wages and prone to injury

not for me, think he is past his best now and if norwich are letting him go, is it the sort of player we really want?

I saw an interview with Huckerby last night and he said there is no way in the world he will sign for a Championship side as he didnt wanna play against Norwich and will probably go to America.

Personally I think he is a cheating little swine so wouldnt want to see him in a Charlton shirt.
