Looking for something last night i found the 2001 Legends Calanader. December had the picture of the clearance of rubbish at The valley by the fans. Which has been discussed before on here.However this is the script under the photo.

I remember it well, got a photo of me and some pals on the pitch, sadly a couple of them now no longer with us, I'm in shirt & tie as I had just come from a christening in Greenwich and still got stuck in dragging weeds & bushes out of the ground.
Remember having a few beers with Steve Sutherland in the old Valley club afterwards.0 -
