This man surely should have a bust or something for what he did. From that 2001 calender.

" Surely no manager has ever experienced so much trauma with one club! Locked out of the ground when the club went bankrupt in 19845, he took Charlton back to the top flight in 1986 despite losing"home advantage" near the start ofthe season, and kept them there for 4 glourious years".

    If it wasn't for Lennie and the fans Charlton would no longer exist. He ensured the team was in the top flight and the fans, including some Dircetors, got thew club back to the Valley, without Lennie we wouldn't have managed it.
