I'm still a bit confused as to what this actually is.

It sounds the same as the normal stand outside the West Stand and protest gig. What, if anything, makes this different?

    We're doing it naked!!!

At least it won't be too cold !

My son has decided to wear full current season Charlton away kit and to take in a sword and shield looking to be Valiant. Chances of these being taken off us on the way in?

(The shield currently says its from Warwick castle but it will have Charlton on it by tomorrow)

Does anyone know of a parking space near the Oak that I could reliably park my campervan in? I'm happy to pay.

Is the idea not to block all entry to main entrance and welcome Murray etc?
So what is stopping Murray, Meire etc turning up before 11am, and the security/blockades being in place before then too?

I think that's the aim - this would cause chaos at the turnstiles!

Sure I'm not the only person that wouldn't appreciate being blocked whilst trying to access the stands
Because you are so special I am sure the sitting crowd will part to let you through.
Or, just don't block people trying to get to their seats.
    Seriously! Scab!

Squirrel Face doesn't get up before 11am so unlikely.

Well if it's a sit in protest I may bring my past it bean bag and my dog poo bags.

Neil, it's a sit in protest not a shit in protest!

oh I'd nearly forgot about this one. Has anyone had a bean bag spill on them?

    Those pesky beans.

Whoever would think of putting them inside doggie poo bags.

But seriously, what is stopping them turning up early - which they almost certainly will now.
And then we are all just stood outside doing nothing?

It will cause problems, for staffing, directors, a certain team coach.. it will also need eyes which could be used guarding the doors from people sneaking stuff in. It's a clever idea if enough people do it, people have to go early.

I do my bit in the East but come on you in the West and East... no more just casually watching, put down ur prawn sandwiches and cups of tea and actually do something, throw balls, tickets or whatever.

Better still, throw your prawn sandwiches on the pitch.

Its called a distraction. They will have to take the extra security away from the turnstiles who was supposed to be frisking everyone on the way in just to keep an eye outside the west stand.

The idea is too cause as much mismanagement as possible for the club as possible but without causing issues for fans who want to go in the West Stand early.

This would've been a good opportunity for a 'colour run' protest.
Imagine km/rm explaining to burnley directors that it's only 2% whilst everyone and everything that came through the gates looks like some sort of psychedelic art project.

A preview of CARD's midday statement:

"We shall go on to the end.

We shall protest in Belgium, we shall protest on the seas and oceans, we shall protest with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our football club, whatever the cost may be.

We shall protest in the car parks, we shall protest in the Covered End, we shall protest in the fields and in the streets, we shall protest in the hills; we shall never surrender."

I get it now... So the people with the flares, smoke bombs and knuckledusters should head into the ground at this point?

i was gonna say, what the hell could they be trained to sniff out? Train timetables? (since we all know the hardcore CARD elite have at least 3 on them at all times).
