An idea for first home game.

Just watched a bit of archive footage on junior doctors protesting. They were drawing chalk outlines around each on the ground, crime scene investigating style. A West stand car park full of these done before the first home game next season representing of all the supporters who haven’t renewed would look good, except it’ll probably piss down with rain and get washed away.

And there wouldn't be enough room.
  • Boycott the first home game of the season. Season ticket holder or not.

    Think of something original.

The team was doing that for most of this season....

What? And miss all the great schemes Katrien has dreamed up over the summer? The pitch-side bouncy castle? The stewards on space hoppers? The eight-foot high steel fencing in front of the North Stand? Not a chance.
  • What CARD could consider doing for the first game is inviting fans of all clubs to come to the valley in their own teams colours. If the club is going to keep that fence up then all the better because it's potentially something that can generate a lot of media mileage against the regime

    I like this idea Harry.

With the ever increasing number of CARD volunteers it would be possible. One template and lots of vols....

Easy and effective demo would be to block roads to the Valley so the opposition coach doesn't get in. Given the access routes to the valley this would be very simple and very effective.

Washing up liquid bottles filled with oil means that the oil could be squirted all over the place.

club would make it red card only for ticket sales

Even better, there would be fans all over the country bitching on their forums about the regime at Charlton...
