We need to accept there will never be any meaningful dialogue with her as she's unable to listen to anyone who is critical. She genuinely believes she's doing a good job and won't entertain any other views.
She serves no purpose whatsoever other than to help destroy our club. A ludicrous deluded woman who lost touch with reality a long time ago and is indulged in her fantasy by RD.

She could and should have tried to address people's concerns, admit mistakes and explain what she is doing to rectify them.
Instead she has tried to pack out meetings to avoid being asked too many questions, insisted she is right when clearly she isn't ("all the managers have proved to be a success") and has ignored her Head of Comms and PR advisor. Both have now left.
She has never formulated a consistent, positive narrative about the future of the club and has constantly been caught out in the most obvious lies.
I'll complain as much as I want while such an incompetent is running my club.
She has destroyed any credibility or goodwill she had (and she did have a lot early on) with her lies and insistence that she has never been wrong.
And her body language and tone of voice in those meetings are terrible, something her Head of Comms told her to her face but she has ignored.
But I agree there is little point in asking her to communicate any more.
All I want to her from her is "I'm leaving"31 -

Dialogue with KM ? If we were proper customers we'd take our business elsewhere if we are dissatisfied. She's the CEO of a company that we assume wants to sell its product to the public, surely it's down to her to find ways to communicate to her customers if there is a problem, not the other way around. Clearly we are all weird.0

What dialogue. Her victim monologue has been done in the national press, but we know the truth so it won't carry much weight here. Apart from that, most of her communications seem littered with untruths and deciet, or simply corporate nothings that sound okay but have no substance or intent. She is the mouthpiece of a liar and an incompetent, and there is no point in having any sort of dialogue. Look at the Chris Wilder episode. He wanted guarantees, she offered them but then Roland refused to put them in writing, according to many reports. Why would that not occur with the fans?1

I think that this is the case yes. So, all bridges have been burnt and there is indeed no dialogue to be had with Meire, quite frankly who would want to now?
CAST have accepted this state of affairs and have begun instead to attempt to call Meire to account for her atrocious behaviour as CEO in making comments which only serve to inflame (see other thread CAST to consider FA action).
Now that we have reached this state (i.e, that there is no point in trying to talk reason with Meire), it is high time that she is called publicly to account for the damage she has done to this club (some of it irreparable) and to be made aware that her arrogant, highly dismissive attitude will not be tolerated.
She is a discredited, deluded fantasist propped up only by an equally deluded pseudo-visionary.
That she simply cannot see any of this defies reason and makes a total mockery of the five years of supposed first class analytical training and education provided to her by her prestigious University in Leuven.
What the hell was doing there all that time?

Meire appears more concerned with managing her reputation on line & outside engagements then effectively managing the club (& then having a good reputation at Charlton).

Dialogue with KM is pointless, because there seems to be a huge gulf between what she thinks her job is, and what we think it is.
And an even greater gap between her perception and ours, as to her abilities and effectiveness in that role.
She plays at being CEO, the same way as RD plays at being an owner of a football club.
Why waste any more time trying to talk to either of them?1 -
