    I wonder if the 22nd Woolwich is still going strong, they used to have a lovely Bagheera, probably in her mid seventies now though :blush:

    Think the new scouting process goes something like this.

    Bring a few managers to the table interested in the Head Coach role
    Ask them to provide a list of signings they would want to make
    Appoint someone from the network as Head Coach anyway
    Sack the Head Coach by January
    Repeat the process for the January transfer window

    RD could save himself a fortune not needing a scouting system!

    When Phil Chapple left they didn't employ a replacement to save on salary. That ought to tell you everything you need to know. I really think they're only trying to get a replacement now (and not trying very hard) just because they're getting grief about it. I'm sure Duchatelet still believes his network scouts are sufficient and cheap enough to do the job.

    Katrien Meire has no relevant experience to interview or hire for the position anyway. The good ones are all working and we'll end up with some out of work loser as Duchatelet won't pay compensation to another club.

    Its just a horrible, pathetic, embarrassing mess

    I actually don't think they're trying.
    If they thought they needed one, they'd have one by now.
    I'd put £3 on us starting next season without one.

    Get cracking then, that'll do for starters.

    This really is not good enough! Meire thinks they have done good things! When we brought Poyet and Jonson in, it was because we didn't have a proper scout- we need one now more than ever and we don't have. There are so many new mistakes to make you loons and to me, it looks like you are going to find them all!

    The club has improved with every signing Katrien has authorised. If only the turncoat Riga had played them as often as she suggested we might not have gone down.
