    Bright spots Rudd and Pearce in defence and Holmes is the only player with any threat.
    Can't see us scoring at all but Bury might

    Only 2 shots and only 1 of those on target and no corners. Lookman the only realistic hope from the bench to give us more going forward. :disappointed:

    The result of a summer where we released many more than we brought in, and played the frendlies with a selection of players who now don't feature. It'll be a while befoe we gel.

    Hopefully Lookman, will come on at some point & inject a bit of creativity into the game. If it stays 0-0 there is always a chance of a Charlton goal. Usually in the game there is at least one good chance of a goal. Defence seems solid but midfield is a bit of a worry. Am ok with Lookman not starting as he is a young player and needs to be played carefully.
