I don't agree with his input and backing of RD and KM but cancer is a nasty vicious disease and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, get well soon RM and hopefully a full recovery.
  • Very sad news indeed. I wish him all the best and hope he has a speedy recovery.

Wishing RM all the best for a speedy recovery
  • Good Luck Richard. I'm sure all will be well and you will make a full recovery.
  • Under Murray's stewardship we had our best years since the 1950's, and for that we must be eternally grateful.

I wish him all the very best over the coming months and sincerely hope he will return to The Valley in the near future free from any health concerns.

I met RM several times, once in the directors box at Stamford Bridge ,and also travelled with him by train to our 1st premiership away game at Newcastle
The man was a life long charlton fan and done a fantastic job at this club for many years, it did not have a happy ending for him at the club but I will always remember the good times when I think of him
    Get well soon Richard
  • Very sorry to hear about his illness. We're all Charlton and he has done a huge amount for the club in the past. My very best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

Still is I hope, but not actually correct as he was previously a Wolves fan.
