    I'll use any excuse to get an easy life.

    - Ate too much at lunch
    - Late because I got stuck in traffic
    - I've got no blood left

    Bit of a new years resolution for me, will be giving my 4th pint in November. Easy to sign up and book. Potentially saving a life with only barely an hour of your time every 3 months is incredible.

    There is a nice touch now whereby they send you a text a week later to tell you which hospital your blood has gone to.

    If you can give, please do.
