Charlton Life Managerial Cup explained.....

With (most) of Europe about to become a sea of knockout football frenzy, Charlton Life will be doing its best to offer an alternative sporting bonanza.

Yes folks, the time has come to host the inaugral Charlton Life Managerial Cup.

The Charlton Life Interviewing Team (CLIT) have been tirelessly streched by the approaches from out of work managers and those on the up seeking fame and fortune. Most rubbed the CLIT up the wrong way, but what we have to present to you are a motley crew of 24 has-beens, never-haves, and would like to haves with the goal of being Charlton's next manager.

The rules are simple. It is a straight knockout cup, decided by polls you vote on. Over the next few days, the 1st round ties will be stickied and you simply vote in each 'manager match' on, if it come to it, which manager you would be happier appointed Charlton manager if Pardew left tomorrow, whilst joining in the debate on the relevent two managers of each tie. The managers can't be changed, it is largely based on those out of work, and on the basis that they would all be interested in the job.

It will not win Competition of the Year, it will not change your life, and Sky are unlikely to buy up the TV rights. But its a bit of fun to do over the next couple of weeks, so please make a point of clicking on a vote even if you think its lame :-)

Computer Literacy and Information Technology is a computer qualification offered by OCR Exam board

For some unknown reason they refer to as CLAIT.

In view of the number of foreign loanees we're likely to have next year it should be imperative that the new man is a cunning linguist! Could CLIT advise on that please.
