That the very worst (child killers, sexual predators, terrorists etc) guilty beyond doubt criminals should be used for testing cures for diseases, rather than animals.
Oh and that proven unfit (as in those who abuse their kids etc) parents should be sterilised so they can't have anymore. That's is a constant disagreement between me and my social worker wife.3 -

On a similar theme. I hope that in years to come that mankind will have ability to chemically sterilise everyone at birth... and once they have proven to be productive and normal members of society, ie; not muderers, nonses or socialists, the procedure is reversed and they can procreate.3

you should only be allowed to vote if either in current tax paying employment or if you have racked up a certain amount of tax paying worker "voter credits" over the years.
(that would only be for those able to work and there would be exceptions for certain people, carers etc)3 -
