    the stats, except for corners conceded, indicate that Oxford was the better side .. unfortunately that is how I saw it .. we were poor in attack until Holmes was brought on .. a worry that our season could depend on the fitness of one player .. mind you, where would we have been in '98 if Mendonca had bit the dust ?
