Rudd: 5.5 - little to do but kicking was poor
Solly: 6 - did okay generally
Fox: 4 - very poor to be honest. positionally all over the place, passing poor, and so many long balls to nobody. stupid foul to concede the free kick that lead to their goal
Konsa: 4.5 - really needs to be taken out of the team. confidence shot means he constantly gives the ball back to the keeper. couple lapses in concentration lead to mistakes that, against a better team, would've cost us the game.
Bauer: 7 - would've lost if it hadn't been for a superb last minute tackle near the death. an excellent defender at this level who we'll be lucky to keep hold of.
Holmes: 6.5 - really puts himself about but occasionally looks like a bit of a headless chicken with some reckless tackles. would be a threat in a good team.
Crofts: 4.5 - again, very poor - so many misplaced passes with the ones he did complete being back to the centre halfs
Ulvestad: 6 - with a good attacking midfielder alongside him he could be really effective. good at bringing the ball forward with an awareness of what's around him, but can't affect the outcome a match.
Jackson: 4.5 - very anonymous. don't understand why Slade is playing him when he seems to be neither wide nor in the centre. shame to see his career descending this way.
Novak: 5 - didn't play especially badly but him and Magennis makes absolutely no sense. lacks pace, has a decent touch on him but can't have any impact on the game and wasn't winning much in the air.
Magennis: 6.5 - clearly doing what's asked of him in winning balls lumped up to him but with the way that Slade sets up the team makes this complete ineffective. took his goal very well and could be such a weapon if it weren't for our poor tactics.
Foley: 4 - couple absolutely shocking moments in the half hour he was on, really didn't understand this substitution.
Lookman: 6 - showed with a few flashes of brilliance why he has to be starting either in the hole behind/just off of Magennis. his pace and trickery will frighten defenders and he can clearly finish. corners on the other hand... Harry Kane anyone?

Slade - won't give him a score but really diabolical. Faults: Playing Magennis and Novak up top together, playing a flat midfield with almost no attacking threat, not starting Lookman.. I could go on but it's been said before.

All in all an absolutely terrible evening. Some of the most uninspiring, boring football I've seen for some time. The second half was simply atrocious. Oldham were shit and so were we. One unhappy customer here.

Solly: 5.5 Not his usual high standard
Fox: 4.5 one of his worst matches this season
Konsa: 4 i've been saying for weeks, he's struggling now.
Bauer: 7 did ok for most of the game, put in some last ditch challenges, outfield MOTM for Charlton by some margin
Holmes: 6 just average really, but had a few runs/moments
Crofts: 4.5 passing was terrible, for such an experienced player you expect much better
Ulvestad: 4.5 might have well have gone off to make the tea for all the use he was, goes missing far too often for a central midfielder.
Jackson: 5 sadly a low score today for Jacko, just looked off the pace of the game.
Novak: 5 did a lot of running, but then so does my cat, averagely average
Maginnes: 6 worked hard every minute, but needs the ball into his feet and not a partner with Novak, play one or other.
Foley: 3 I don't think i've ever given anyone a 3, he's lucky to get that and he mad a poor crofts look good.
Lookman: 6 purely for giving it a go and his shot that so nearly went in. My problem with Lookman is he's a liability (defensively) as a winger, teams have worked that out and pile into Fox when lookmans out there. Should be played central, has an eye for goal, reminds me of Defoe.

Rudd: 6.5 Best game I've seen him have - terribly exposed at times
Solly: 6 100% effort but heart doesn't seem in it; one fab goal-line clearance
Fox: 5.5 Caught out of position too many times
Konsa: 6 Battled well but a couple of bad errors
Bauer: 7 Won most of his tussles, but now injured
Holmes: 6 Decent first half but poor in second - his worst game for us so far
Crofts: 4 Everything went backwards
Ulvestad: 6.5 Kept trying but his is the only pace in midfield, and he's not that quick!
Jackson: 4 Added nothing
Novak: 4.5 Very poor
Maginnes: 7 You can't fault his effort, and took his goal well; shame he missed another similar chance
Foley: 4 Possibly worse than Crofts, and that's saying something!
Lookman: 6 Seemed disappointed to be on the bench, and sulked his way through his appearance until they equalised; then almost won it

Ref did OK.

Slade was wrong with his set up; slow with his subs, and wrong with them too. What does Botaka have to do to get a game??? We need to try to win games, not try not to lose!
